MCCOGS is pleased to announce that a Genealogical Photography Service will be available to residents of the county, those residing outside the county, and/or any who are otherwise unable to produce photos for their genealogical collections.

Subject matter of the photos may include tombstones, homesteads, schools, churches, governmental buildings, or any other genealogical item. Deadline for orders is May 1, 2003. Photos will be taken during the month of May in time for spring foliage backgrounds and as weather permits. Kodak-quality paper will be used for the prints and photos will be forwarded as soon as possible after development. Full payment must accompany the order and refunds will be promptly given if for some reason the photo is defective or cannot be taken.
