1. Make 3 banners for a local festival

These banners are for an ACTUAL event taking place in my hometown the dates specified... the local town turns crazy for those two days, with parades, parties, and day long carnival activities. It's a fun time.. and I always felt it was something fun to do for my birthday (as my birthday is not long after the celebration every year).
