their families and friends, and for everyone who wants to make California safer. There are articles on how you can keep yourself and your children safe online.

section, where those who have lost someone to violence in Dixon
can memorialize their loss, as well as the

Stepping Stones. Be safe Online Fraud Cyberstalk This section also offers basic information to alert you to ways that age-old scams have been retooled for this new environment. Women in particular should learn how to protect themselves from the new crime of cyberstalking.Victims Victims that have been tortured can look at the political victims in other countries. Americans do not suspect torture in California, hidden in trickery and deceit within social programs in law and medicine. The desire to outsmart the victim seems to allow siblings and members of Shriner's handicapped social programs to be above the law. Victims often find themselves thrust into the glare of local, state, and even national media during the worst days of their lives. The challenge is to encourage the media to allow victims' voices to be heard and to educate reporters about how to report victims without inflicting further trauma. "This year, the MVA serves as local host for the Serial/Sexual Predator Conference, supported by a grant from the Michigan Justice Training Council.
