Dear detective,
I talked to North District #1 , who suggested I call you. I am trying to get police assistance. I would like two gangs to face criminal charges in that they repeatedly injured, molested, kidnapped, held against will, attempted murder and murdered over a fifty-year period. My filing in any one jurisdiction of crimes against me would provide difficulty in understanding the total crime. I ask that the crimes be investigated here, so that fugitive warrants can be issued by other states and counties. I have had an attack waged on me since 1946, but it was underground. I did not have witnesses or evidence, until I recovered memory in 1985. I established that there were two gangs, one from vicinity of Sacramento, and one from Turlock.

I was able to find an association between the two gangs, the 1946 Sacramento vicinity gang and the Turlock gang who began in 1962. When I moved back to Sacramento in 1987. I was immediately felled in old town Sacramento by a radar stun gun shooting sonic bullets. At the time I was felled, I was looking into a crime at the Sacramento airport that occurred in 1981. I was not able to discover the assailant of that day, until 15 years later. Since the statute of limitations have run on felony assaults, I am left with attempted murder or murder crimes. Since attempted murder is difficult to prove, I am left with murder where the statute of limitations do not apply.

1962 - DOE doctor substitutes at Sacramento hospital, injuring my memory to cover-up and obstruct justice, and the doctor sets up a stalking mechanism from a distance.
At the same time these DOE suspect gang extorted dollars from my biological ancestry.
The ancestry was known in 1962 by suspects but not by me. A bank account in unclaimed property, remains the only evidence of extortion, and my anatomy remains the only evidence of the doctor crime.

1981 - actress deceived into coming to Sacramento airport and using a limousine service, which then traveled 130 miles to Turlock. The limousine service was owned by my former school teacher, who was a (underground) student abuser. The actress was led to believe she would be marrying an heir to radar engineer estate. The actress died in an accident on a boat, shortly thereafter. It is believed that this same technique was used on several other entertainers.

6-15-87 I moved from Stanislaus County to Sacramento.
7-17-87 - Use of radar stun gun to attack, stun and black-out. Recent discovery of the assailants, who are an associate of the limousine service.
12-11-87 - Again struck with radar stun gun while in my residence. I experienced mucous aspiration from a distance.

12-15-87 - call to 911 with police and fire responding. (Again struck with radar stun gun while in my residence). I experienced stunning jolt to my anatomy, but not enough to render me unconscious.
12-17-87 - DOE uses distant radio signal, and renders me unconscious (in black-out) but able to walk out open jail door. I am injured while walking out. DOE knew I would be at risk to nightsticks, and to his waiting vehicle or ambulance.

September 1987 - With recovered memory, I ask court why they have determined other heirs. I demand the estate be returned. The court says it does not know anything about the substitute judge. The false heirs cover-up missing records, apparently believing they got something for nothing. The court distributes the money (4%) to the false heirs, but records show 96 % of the estate was lost or stolen (and not taxed). This evidences a scam existed and was plotted for the fifty years.

Since December 17, 1987 I have had ragdoll limpness, and find it difficult to move about. I began looking into tampering and periodic stunning. An anonymous tip came in
"damaged your muscular ability (and prevented sexual relations)."
"gas in the head."


March 1993 - Assemblyman Collins dies of heart attack in Sacramento. I believe his death should be investigated, in light of high-tech development for handicapped. Other heart attacks have occurred in estate witnesses, as well as leukemia in Howard Hughes wife.

I request an investigation in Sacramento, so other states or counties can be alerted to assailants. The M.O. of the thief was to steal probate funds from me in 1972, 1975, and 1977. The last never receached me. It was stolen, and a cover-up placed false heirs leaving me out. Murders took place in 1954, 1955, 1961, 1976, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1993, 1997, 2000. None were declared murders. My murder is by manipulation! The false heirs have been entrapped by gangsters in Sacramento vicinity, Turlock and Boston. A Sacramento detective's wife was afraid to testify.
